If you have purchased your first pair of Step Ones and you don 't love them, let us know within the first 30 days and you’ll be eligible for a FULL REFUND or EXCHANGE. The choice is yours.

Here's how it works: 

- Claims must be within 30 days of placing an order 
- If you order a multi-pack, say 4, try one pair on and are not happy, keep that pair.
- Return the 3 unopened and unworn pairs and we'll send you out 4 pairs of the new size or style, or we will refund your total order value. 
- Simply complete the form below so we can help you as quickly as possible.
- If you are not happy with you Step Ones and it has been more than 30 days since you purchase, please complete the warranty form here
